The law is flawed in Illinois. The Politicians crafted bills that are feel good, but don’t solve the issues. God Forbid if we asked the bar owners to stop serving people who had 3 or 4 over the limit, because that would spell disaster for the state that receives the taxes from the beers. Its a double edged sword and police are forced to do it.
