thing is some people are too drunk to be able to make a judgement call whether or not to drive.

There’s any even better solution to this: DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!

Despite ALL the awareness of this issue, I cannot BELIEVE how stupid some people are to drink and drive.

upon declining to take the field breath test should you make it clear that you are willing to take the breath or blood test at the police station? Are you given a choice between the breath or blood test and if so which test would you recommend be chosen?
