Anti-drunken driving advocates reacted angrily earlier this week whenthe Chicago Sun-Times revealed that Gov. Quinn’s administration hadreleased 18 felony drunken drivers from prison early to serve the restof their prison time on home confinement. My husband got one in 05 in Washington State. I heard it was three years and then you don’t have to disclose the DUI to an insurance company. I will be policy shopping soon and I don’t want my rates any higher than necessary.
