Teen Turns Self In, Charged With DUI In Crash (WSOC-TV Charlotte)

FORT MILL, S.C. — Michael Chambers, 17, turned himself into Fort Mill authorities on Friday Police said. Authorities charged Chambers with felony DUI resulting in death and reckless homicide caused by injury from a vehicle in the death of Michelle Dibernardini, 16, back in October.
