The Utah Highway Patrol has confirmed Utah Senate Majority Leader Sheldon Killpack was arrested Friday morning for allegedly driving under the influence. It happened around 12:17 a.m. at 3300 South and 700 East in South Salt Lake. A DUI squad member of UHP administered field sobriety tests on Killpack, then asked him to blow into a breathalyzer.
