Deputy DA charged with DUI
A Kern County deputy district attorney who has prosecuted drunken driving cases is now charged in one. Richard Tae Choi, 29, a prosecutor for more than a year, is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 19 on the misdemeanor charge.
