WARREN – A man who is facing his 14th DUI admitted to a state trooper that he had been drinking and driving, according to the trooper’s testimony Friday. State Highway Patrol Trooper Brooke Sexton said she was observing Keith Urso for the customary 20 minutes before administering a Breathalyzer test when he confessed in January. ”He said he was driving drunk.
