L.A.’s Top Budget Analyst Busted For Alleged DUI
The top budget analyst in Los Angeles has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. The California Highway Patrol says Chief Administrative Officer Miguel Santana was driving at a high rate of speed in a city-owned Honda Civic early Friday when he was pulled over.
