Five DUI convictions later, man again arrested for driving drunk, St. Pete police say

ST. PETERSBURG Steven Francis Oulette was arrested Wednesday night for allegedly driving drunk even though he has five previous DUI convictions and no valid driver’s license, according to St. Petersburg police.
