It almost sounds like the set-up for one of those ubiquitous “lawyer jokes,” although it has Naperville police feeling anything but amused. Pre-law student Paris A. Tsangaris of Naperville was charged with of impersonating an attorney after he and a friend were involved in a traffic stop in town.
