Man charged with seventh DUI; passenger also charged

A Jonesborough man was arrested on his seventh DUI charge and other traffic offenses over the weekend, and a passenger in his vehicle was charged with DUI by consent, Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal said in a news release.
