DUI law targets Tulare County

SACRAMENTO — Tulare County’s DUI law is about to get a lot tougher. Starting July 1, anyone convicted of driving while intoxicated must have a Breathalyzer installed that will keep a vehicle engine from starting if the driver’s breath has a trace of booze.
