SEVIER COUNTY, Utah (ABC 4 News) – Officials say that a man is dead after attacking an officer Saturday evening after a suspected DUI traffic stop. Two new strict DUI laws go into effect in Alabama beginning Sept. 1, 2011 and Sept. 1, 2012. In the first law, if a person is convicted for DUI and had a breath-alcohol content of 0.15 percent or more, the punishment will be doubled.
