VIRGINIA BEACH A Chesapeake woman has been charged with driving while drunk while her three-week-old son was in the back seat of her vehicle, Beach police said. Margie Hobbs, Beach police spokeswoman, said Heather Maiers, of the 400 block of Preservation Loop in Chesapeake, was driving 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 200 block of Oceana Blvd. last Thursday night.
