DUI: Aaron C. Stell, 30, Smithfield, S.C., was arrested Sunday for allegedly driving under the influence. Chambersburg Police said Stell was stopped in the 900 block of Wayne Avenue at 8:38 p.m., after witnesses reported that he was driving erratically.
