Lawyers expect texting while driving to become this century’s DUI
Prosecutors and personal injury lawyers say texting and driving is becoming the new DUI. The high tech practice is on the rise among younger demographics. The avoidable habit leads many to hardship, fines, and death. The Wireless Industry Trade Group reports texting has increased tenfold in the last three years.
