BISARD INVESTIGATION Bisard stays out of jail, pleads not guilty to new charges
IMPD Officer David Bisard is scheduled to appear in court Friday to face new charges of drinking and driving. DUI charges were refiled by new Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry earlier this week. UPDATE: David Bisard returned to Marion County Criminal Court #5 Friday for a hearing on new felony charges filed this week by new prosecutor Terry Curry.

DUI attorney says Bisard case may overturn state law

A leading DUI attorney in Indiana tells Fox 59 News that the current case against an Indianapolis Metro Police officer accused of killing a motorcyclist in a drunk driving accident may result in a challenge to the state’s implied consent law.
