Danielsville man charged with DUI
Justin Presley Pruitt, 26, 360 Era Carey Road, was charged with one count each of DUI/alcohol and weaving over the roadway. According to the incident report, Deputy David Kidd was traveling south on Hwy. 174 about 2:30 a.m. when he met a tan Ford Windstar van in a curve in his lane.
