Darien Police arrest 4 in first in-town DUI checkpoint
Darien Police made four arrests Saturday night and early Sunday morning during the department’s first in-town DUI sobriety checkpoint, which took place on Post Road near Richmond Drive from 11 p.m. Saturday until 3 a.m. Sunday.

PD Officer’s DUI Arrest Not His First (FOX 10 Phoenix)

According to court documents, a Phoenix Police Officer that was arrested for drunk driving in Gilbert, has been arrested for DUI before. FOX 10 has obtained court records that show officer Seth Castillo was arrested 8 years ago for driving while intoxicated, when he was 19 years of age.
