Officer investigated for taking bribes from drivers
SURFSIDE, Fla. (WSVN) — An officer accused of pulling over drivers and shaking them down for cash has been arrested. Maximo Moreno, a three-year veteran of the Surfside Police Department, surrendered at the Surfside Police Station, Friday morning.
