The school bus driver accused of being drunk when she dropped off a busload of students in Mount Prospect will plead not guilty to felony aggravated DUI, her lawyer said today. Betty Burden, of Mount Prospect , was formally indicted in Cook County Circuit Court today, with no new charged added.
