Wyo. Supreme Court upholds sentence in DUI fatal
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) The Wyoming Supreme Court has upheld a lengthy prison sentence for a man convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide. The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a district judge’s sentence of from 36 to 40 years in prison for Maurice C. Noller (NAHL’-er) of Wamsutter.
